Printing and photocopying: Home

The printing facilities are available in the library. 

To print, you must first create a Papercut account (see below)

Please note that it is not possible to print from your mobile phone. If you don't have a laptop available, you can request one at the library desk.

You can top up your account at the library desk. The cost of printing/photocopying is 3 cents per page (black and white only). The minimum top-up amount is €1.

For Windows: Go to https://papercut/user

For Mac: Go to https://10.250.11.34/user 

Click on 'Register a new user'. If you are using a Mac, please use this link instead:

Fill in your information and remember to use your student number in the 'username' field.

To print a document, go to https://papercut/user and log in to your account. If you don't have an account set up yet, refer to the tab called 'Creating an account'.

  • Select 'Web print'
  • Click on 'Submit a job'
  • Select the Lex-Library printer.
  • Select the number of copies you wish to print and click on 'Upload documents'.
  • At this stage, you can either drag and drop the file or click on the 'Upload from your computer' button (please note that files must be in PDF format).
  • Once you have uploaded the file, click on 'Upload and complete' to send the files to the printer.
  • You can then collect the printouts from the printer located on the ground floor of the building within the library space.

If you need to photocopy, please follow the instructions below:

  • Click on the login screen and select the username/password option
  • Enter your Papertcut username and press the green arrow
  • Enter your papercut password and press the green arrow
  • Select 'Copy' on the screen
  • Place your original document on the glass and click on the green arrow to make a copy.
  • The printer is located on the ground floor of the building within the library space.
